We keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the statutory retention periods for business and accounting records.
3.4. Provision of port services
During pilotage, mooring and towing we process data of masters, agents and crew to the extent necessary to perform the service, issue service certificates, invoice and fulfil obligations towards port and maritime authorities. The basis is contract and legal obligation.
